We fabricate custom hydraulic reservoirs, complex manifold blocks, special housings, mounting structures and other unique components. Whether it’s a one off prototype or a bespoke component for a specific application, our team delivers precision and reliability.
Our fabrication expertise is key to hydraulic cylinder repairs. Using an Automated Bore Welder we can weld back worn clevises, bores and critical pin locations, saving costly cylinder components and extending their life. This reduces the need for full component replacement.

- MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding): For versatility and speed on a wide range of materials.
- TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding): For high quality, precise welds on thinner materials and critical applications that require a high finish and integrity.
- Electric Arc / SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding): For robust welds in various conditions, particularly on thicker sections and structural components.
- Automated Submerged Arc Welding (SAW): We have the latest ESAB Column and Boom Submerged Arc Welder with synchronised rollers. This powerful system allows us to fabricate large barrels, rods and heavy duty structural components with consistent high integrity welds to AS/NZS 1554 standards. Our welding processes are designed to withstand the high pressure and force of hydraulic machines.
