No jobs too big. Table surface 10M x 1.3M. X axis travel of 8MY axis travel of 1.5M & Z axis travel of 2M Universal auto positioning head, inbuilt turning table & 4th axis rotary table.

One of only a few in Australia. With 10 metres between centres and 525mm spindle bore its full CNC. This is critical for manufacturing and remanufacturing any hydraulic cylinder components the market requires, especially the big ones.

Our range of tuned boring bars can machine bores up to 6 metres deep. This special capability ensures perfect concentricity and surface finish, critical for large hydraulic cylinders.

Our facility has a wide range of modern equipment for complex machining:

  • 4 Axis Vertical Machining Centre (1,000mm Table)
  • 4 Axis Turning Centre (1,000mm between Centres)
  • 5 Axis Simultaneous Machining Centre (700mm Table)
  • 2 Axis CNC Lathe (1,500mm between Centres)
  • 2 Axis CNC Lathe (2,500mm between Centres)
  • 3 Axis CNC Lathe (10,000mm between Centres with live tooling)
  • Conventional Machines for the simpler pieces.

We ensure surface integrity with:

  • Surface Grinders: (300W x 600L Table & 400W x 800L Table) for ultra-flat and smooth sealing surfaces
  • Lapping Equipment:
    • Flat Lapping: 1x 400 dia Table & 1x 900 dia Table
    • Conical Lapping: 1x 350 dia

This equipment is critical for micron-level flatness and surface finish for sealing and running surfaces in pumps, motors and valves.

Our 8 M Kiheung CNC Milling machine is big with a table surface of 10M X 1.3M, we can handle your biggest jobs. Its inbuilt turning table and 4th axis rotary table allows us to make the most complex jobs simple.
Our 10M Geminis CNC Lathe is one of only a few in Australia with this capacity – 10m between centres and 525mm spindle bore – full CNC functionality. We can handle very large and long components with precision and efficiency. Boring bars capable of 4 meters blind boring.
